To make the most of your adventure, we recommend arriving at The Ranch Resort at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows ample time for a seamless check-in process, ensuring you’re ready to dive into the excitement as soon as your chosen slot begins.
Time slot selected might not be guaranteed / available. Should it happen that the time slot you have selected is not available we will let you know immediately and advise alternative time(s) available.

General/Standard Cancellation Policy
A complete refund will be issued if the client cancels or modifies the booking at least 7 days before the scheduled activity date.
No refund is applicable for a client’s failure to arrive or last-minute cancellations (less than 7 days prior to the booked tour).
Management will assess, based on merit and upon receipt of proof, requests for full refunds due to illness, hospitalization, accidents, or death.
A full refund will be provided to the client if we cancel the activity for safety reasons. However, no refund will be given if the client does not complete the tour or misses the tour departure time.

What should I wear or bring for the ride?
This is an outdoor activity. Please wear long pants and sturdy closed shoes for your ride. You can also pack sunblock in summer or a wind breaker in winter to protect yourself from the elements.
Can I book for a large group or event?

Are they Toilet Facilities?
Yes, but only at the starting and finishing point. You are encouraged to use the bathrooms before you start your ride.
What happens if you are late?
Ensure a timely arrival at your destination by leaving early and factoring in additional travel time to accommodate potential unforeseen delays. Being late may result in a shortened ride or, in worst cases, a complete forfeiture of your booking without a refund, marked as a ‘no show. Please note that due to the high demand for Quad Bike rides and a tight schedule with other booked rides/groups, the facility cannot accommodate extra time for late arrivals. Plan ahead to make the most of your Quad Bike experience and avoid any disappointments.
What happens if you damage the bike?
In the event of any damage caused to the quad bike during your ride, whether by collision or rollover, you, as the client, will be responsible for covering the incurred damages. The guide on duty will assess the damages, and any dispute will not exempt you from making the required payment before leaving the activity area. The quad bike owners will furnish invoices for replacement parts and labour within 14 days. If the claimed damages exceed the actual damage sustained, a refund will be issued to the hirer.
